Red Giant Software offices will be closed from December 22nd through January 1st, reopening on January 2, 2008.
What does this mean for you?
- Sales and support calls and emails will not be replied to during this period.
- Physical box product will not be shipped.
We will begin answering questions and shipping products on January 2nd and hope to get caught up by the end of that week. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes, however the team has worked extremely hard this year and needs the break.
Note: if you place an order online and there is some issue with the order (i.e. you placed an order for the wrong product, chose a incorrect quantity, were improperly charged) we will "generously" resolve these upon our return in January.

During this period you are welcome to place orders online for any Box or Download product, all Box orders will be charged and fulfilled on January 2nd. All Download orders will automatically receive serial numbers. (NOTE: Academic and Cross-grade orders are not sent automatically, these orders need to be verified first. This will be done on January 2nd)
